| U13 (2012-2013) | $ 650.00 + **$ 200 = $ 850 |
| U15 (2010-2011) | $ 675.00 + **$ 200 = $ 875 |
| U18 (2007-2009) | $ 725.00 + **$ 200 = $ 925 |
